The new AMD Reelon 7000 processor is coming. Many players are worried about whether there will be a shortage of supply after the release of the Reelon 5000 processor that year. However, at the press conference at the end of August, AMD CEO Su Zifeng emphasized that AMD had significantly increased its production capacity in terms of wafers, substrates and back-end, and promised that there would be no shortage of Reelon 7000 series processors.

Although compared with TSMC's advanced wafer manufacturing technologies of 5nm and 7nm, the PCB substrate does not have much scientific and technological content, the supply chain problem has led to this inconspicuous component, which is called the bottleneck of processor capacity improvement. It is reported that AMD has invested heavily in solving the problem of substrate supply with its supply chain partners in the past two years. Therefore, the supply of consumer grade products has been solved, and the basic supply of server grade products will also be eradicated next year.
